For anything else from repairs to potions you will need to travel to another settlement. Seldus Nerendus, the caravaner, routinely transports people to Gnisis and even as far as Ald'ruhn to obtain services that are not available here.

Almost every NPC in Khuul has something to add so do not be too quick to form a conclusion. There are multiple pathways to complete the quest.
